The glutes are soo underated it is crazy. Everybody thinks that quads are where all the power comes from but it is really the glutes. I had to learn that the hard way after many back injurires. Great Article.

Hey Alex,

You say tat the feet should be STIFF.. Is tat the reason why nba players tape their ankles.. Or is it just for injury prevention.. If it is the former reason then would a crepe band prove useful in holding my ankles tight and STIFF…..??
