The Instant Improvement Tip Of The Week

To get about a 10% improvement overall in EVERYTHING (muscle size, strength, speed, etc.), add a very short, small and beneficial routine to your morning routine everyday before you brush your teeth.

It should take no more than 3-5 minutes and should touch on a lot of different things (mobility/ strength/balance and so on..).

Mine is simple. Right when I wake up, I do:

50 Push-Ups
50 Bodyweight Lunges
50 Seal Jumping Jacks
