Based on your numbers, I wouldn&#039;t even worry about your split times and their discrepancies -- I&#039;d focus on just getting stronger or losing some body-fat and getting your time down to a respectable number, lol.

You could do it with the guidance of DT40 or on your own...either way. Let me know if you have any more questions,

I&#039;m a track athlete,20 yo, interested in the 100m. But if you think you were a fraud..i&#039;m a bigger fraud! :(

Today, I finally managed to convince my dad to time me. After 3 failed attempts to get proper 10 yard splits(the cell phone stopwatch was a bit tricky to operate),we managed to time the 4th run. Following are my splits. They are all hand timed:

0-10y -2.04s
10-20y-1.16s
20-30y-1.52s
30-40y-1.28s

So that&#039;s my forty in a grand grand..slow as mollasses time of 6 sec!
I&#039;m most thoroughly disappointed. I&#039;m not quite sure, how 20-30 y ended up slower, i&#039;m gonna measure it this friday again.

My lifts are: squat 95kg, deadlift 106kg both 3x5. Bodyweight 68kg, bf at 17%.</description>

I really don&#039;t know, lol. You&#039;ve made some BIG improvements to your 40 already and probably need some seriously focused and individual training for you to keep making improvements. You might pick up some things from the technique course depending on how your technique is now and you&#039;d definitely get faster from the training program, but...truthfully, I&#039;d recommend going to work one on one with a private coach for you....I think Kelly is still taking private clients, that&#039;d be my first choice for ya.

		<description>Right now? I think my brother is slightly ahead...he&#039;s been doing construction and he&#039;s still on a competitive soccer team. 

I haven&#039;t played on a competitive soccer team in over a year because I moved to go to university and the city I live in doesn&#039;t have a men&#039;s soccer team from what I can tell except the university team &amp; I don&#039;t go to the university anymore so I don&#039;t have a team to play on right now and it&#039;s amazing how fast you get out of shape when you stop playing.

But he also had a knee injury a couple months ago that pushed him back so it&#039;s pretty close right now.
