Familiar Sounding Story?

**STOLEN MATERIAL**

(I literally just stole this story below from the Blazing Speed Challenge Website…shh, keep it between us, k?)

…I received a call from a training client not too long ago. Let’s call him “Typical Tim” (to save him from the potential embarrassment I’m about to bestow on him!)..

Typical Tim is a pretty high-level basketball player and he was struggling…

No Results To Speak Of In 5 Months!

And in those 5 months, he had dabbled in 6 (SIX!) different training programs, all of which were focused on a different thing. One was supposed to make him faster, another to jump higher, another to make him more flexible (and so on).

I took a look at all the different programs he had tried, and while they weren’t great (OK, they weren’t even good), a couple of them would have at least garnered some type of results if he had stuck with them for some time.

But, come one, we both know that wasn’t his biggest problem…

He Had No Direction Or Focus and It Was Destroying Him…

I told him, straight up, “Typical Tim, you’re getting nowhere because you have no purpose or focus. You bounce around from one program to the next because nothing is good enough to really keep your attention. This is a BIG problem…YOU are wasting your workouts.”

Here was his reply: “But Alex, all of my friends and teammates do the same things. We all try all of these different programs because we always seem to think that whatever we’re not doing will be better. Now that I think about it, we all really do this, and none of us ever get results….I don’t know, help me!” <Editor’s Note: LOL!>

He Definitely Ignited Some Fiery Thoughts…

Was Typical Tim right? Were most athletes really getting no results in their training? Did they all really lack the focus to get the job done? I knew more research was needed…

So I went to more of my clients. I asked them about their friends and teammates.

“Are most of the people you know NOT getting results? Do they really have no REAL purpose or focus in the workouts?”

And 34/37 of the clients I talked to all told me, “It’s true. Most people actually get little to no results, and even more people have workout ADD.”

Had I Been Living Under A Rock?

With a little more digging and researching, here’s what I found:

•    Kinda surprisingly, most athletes are simply confused at what type of workout programs they need to be following
•    The majority of athletes out there are actually getting LITTLE TO NO
RESULTS (!!!!!)
•    It turns out it’s lack of REAL PURPOSE in their workouts that’s holding them back

And then, I spent more than a month coming up with a plan to literally SQUASH this way-below-the-radar epidemic…

…here’s the solution I found…

And as you’re probably aware of, that solution is now known as The Blazing Speed Challenge and will finally be released to the public next Monday October 13 at 12 Noon ET. Two-Hundred copies will be released and then it’s on to the Challenge!
