I played some 3-5 hours of beach volleyball, about 7 days a week, indoor vball 3 times a week for 3 hours in addition to plyometrics 3 times a week and lifting legs twice a week.

Yeah!!!…. I used to be so overwhelmed when it came to my workouts and training. I would train for hours and hours with little to NO results. I was less motivated always thinking negative and HATING working out.

Yeah, thanks for that article! I have learned the hard way tough like Karol. Now I workout once a week for about 40 minutes. Every third week I rest fully. It hasn’t given me any results thus far but vertical jump veteran CoolColJ is the best example for it to work!
