Now that we've gotten that out of the way, let's talk about something that I've been really interested in lately: Nutrition.
Before I begin, I want you to think about your OWN diet. How healthy do you think it is? How healthy is it ACTUALLY?
You might not know this or not even want to believe it, but diet is ALWAYS going to play a huge role in your results as an athlete.
We can talk all day about training and workouts and programs and stretches and exercises and all this good stuff, but if your diet is crap, your results will be *crappier*.
And I don't want that (do you???).
So, let's talk what a good diet looks like for an athlete:

Alex Maroko's Journal: Awesomeness is a state of mind..
So I didn't update you last week. I'm sorry -- busyness has been all over me as of late.
It's good to be back though -- feels like home.
Training has been great as of late. My strength keeps rising, my body-fat stays really low and without even training for it, my vertical jump has gone up a couple of inches.
