Instant Improvement Tip Of The Week: The Best Salad EVER

Want to eat way better and still enjoy great-tasting foods? Do this:

Eat a salad everyday for your biggest meal of the day.

But don’t just make/eat any salad — make what I make.

I call it “The Best Salad Ever” and it’s awesome. It’s also really easy and delicious to make. Here’s how you make it:

Take a GIANT bowl. Fill it with good lettuce, spinach and kale.

Then, cut up peppers, cucumbers, carrots, radishes, tomatoes, celery…any good veggies you like. Add those on top of the lettuces you added before.

Then, take some raspberries and strawberries, cut those up real quick and throw those on top.

After that, take an avocado, cut it up and add that on top.

Once you’re there, take some grilled fish or chicken, cut it up and throw that on top.

Finally, add some ground pepper, extra-virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar on top of that and you have arguably the best-tasting, healthiest salad ever made (hence the name “Best Salad Ever”).

And here’s the best part: YOU CAN EAT AS MUCH OF THIS AS YOU WANT.

How cool is that?
