I call bullshit.

The truth is, it’s “you are what you ABSORB”.

See, your body doesn’t always absorb all the food you eat and when it’s not absorbing properly, it can become deficient in a lot of good vitamins and minerals (as well as not getting the protein and carbs it needs to build up it’s muscle tissues and such).
