Simple diet alteration that’ll lead to more lean muscle gaining AND more fat-burning: Move ALL of your carb intake to the first few hours in the morning and the first few hours AFTER your workouts.

Insulin sensitivity is at its highest in the morning and post-workout, so more of the carbs you’ll be taking in will go to your muscles, instead of stored as fat.

Your other meals should be protein-based (just make sure you’re rotating your proteins on a regular basis).
