Here’s how to bring up a certain muscle group that you just can’t seem to make any bigger..

For the next 4-6 weeks, do 5 working sets for this muscle 3 times per week.

Do 2-3 sets of a bigger compound exercise in the 4-8 rep range and 2-3 sets of an isolation exercise for this muscle in the 6-12 rep range.

After 4-6 weeks, don’t do anything for this muscle for 7-10 days.

And in that time, this supposedly “lagging” muscle group will grow and take shape just like you like it.
