Hey Alex i regularly watch your videos, wishing I could do what you recommend I do. Sadly, I cannot. I have a multitude of knee problems that prevent So its like a catch 22, I was hoping you would have some exercises for me that would strenghten my quads without putting too much pressure on my knees. Do you happen to have any? It would be greatly appreciated!

And the video was really good, I like how you organize it with the whiteboard and powerpoint, good job. PS lol your handwriting is so messed up!

Very cool, Alex. Thank you! I am in my second week of FIF, and I’m already seeing improvements, or, I should say the other people on the volleyball court are seeing them. Right now they’re only muttering and cursing me under their breath, but they’ll start asking questions soon enough, and I’ll point them to you.

I have a question if you don’t mind. After twenty years of v-ball, my shoulders are garbage, and I don’t have the flexibility to hold a bar and squat. I’m working out with a little over 500 lbs on the hack squat machine. Is there a formula out there that would tell me what percentage of my body weight that would equate to as far as a real squat goes, so i know what level of the program I should be on? Thanks a lot for the help.

Hey alex i enjoyed the video but hypothetically if I were to make my own workout to get more explosive by the start of fall basketball season and say I only had 18-20 weeks and didn’t have enough time to do two 12 week, 3 phase workouts would it be better to extend each phase to 6-8 weeks or do one 12 week, 3 phases of 4 weeks, and a short 6 week, 2 weeks of each phase,program. Hopefully the question wasn’t worded too poorly and you understood it. Elaborate and expand on the question if you feel like it. this is based off your Fastest Way to Get Stronger video.
